Goddess of Fragrance scented Oil Company appreciates your business and wants to do everything we can to make shopping with us a rewarding experience!
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on oils that have been opened.
- Diffusers/Nebulizers/Scent Machines carry a 1-year warranty honored through Goddess of Fragrance. Returns on machines that have are unopened and unused can be requested within 30-days of purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged* or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*We find that if you take a few pictures of delivery-related damage, it can help with a delivery service claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Oils (seal broken)
- Scent machines that have been used with oils are considered non-returnable items.
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards

Exchanges on oils are not accepted..
Refunds
Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with our products. Although a particular return may not be authorized, in rare circumstances, a refund may be granted.
Once we’ve acknowledged your complaint, we will evaluate the situation and let you know if a refund can be approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, this is beyond our control.
